With Chrysler dealers closing, how much should I offer them on their remaining vehicles?

I’m looking at a base Jeep Wrangler, approx 23k for suggested retail. I don’t want to pick over a corpse, but I obviously want the best price. The dealer is being shut down (as a Chrysler dealer) and they have about 15 Jeeps on the lot.

The last day before closing and they decline come back the last day before closing and they will be more than willing.
