cat asked:

I have a 1996 Chrysler LHS and I need to siphon the fuel out of it. I have tried to run a hose but I am afraid it may have a screen in it. Does it have a screen and if it does where is the fuel line that runs into the engine? If anyone knows the best and easiest way to do this please I really need to find out.
Thank you all in advance.

Unhook fuel line and let fuel pump spit it out.

The newer cars have a check ball in the filler neck to keep the fuel from spilling out in case of a roll over. that is why you can not get a hose into it. You could put the rear of the vehicle on ramps, Make sure you chock the front wheels or set the e-brake. then you can pull out the filler neck and the tube with the filler drain back ball and then you can siphon the gas out.
