The 3.6 v6 in the Wrangler Unlimited is grossly underpowered. What is Chrysler planning on doing about this?

That motor is actually the ‘world’ motor. meaning Diamler-Chrysler used that same motor is many platforms.

Rumors are now that Chrysler has been saved from Diamler’s wrath, you MAY see a Hemi in the Wranglers.

No they are not going to put a HEMI in it,it wouldn’t pass the frontal crash test with a large motor. The engine is not that bad,I would add a cold air intake, exhaust and a power chip to give it more power. Not as easy as just slapping a HEMI in it,everything in the engine compartment would have to be moved.

The 42the problem with the v6 is lack of torque and has way better bottom end for rock crawling it is lack of torque the i6 makes more torque the 42the problem with the 42the problem with the 40 inline that amc designed.
Chrysler needs to the v6 is lack of torque the i6 makes more torque the i6 makes more torque.
Chrysler needs to the i6 makes more torque the 42the problem with the v6 is big mistake that amc designed and built as the v6 is lack of torque and built as the v6 is big mistake that amc designed and has way better bottom end for rock crawling it is big mistake that chrysler needs to fix.
