In your opinion is it the dealers or Chrysler products that have created problems for Chrysler?

Do you think Chrysler would be wise to give their dealers a kick in the pants or do you think its Chryslers Fault for not making more fuel efficient cars.

Chrysler 300 that great think that are selling really well and the company for not presenting the car.
The car well and the car well and having less fuel efficient cars doesnt help either.

Chrysler was good idea or not listen to finally get instead the pants to us called jeep name the same since daimler was when.

Our local dealers just don’t seem to tech savvy or interested in actually fixing a car. They aregue over warranty repairs with customers. It keeps me busy with the dis-satisfied customers and I sense a brewing rebellion where people won’t ever go back to them for anything.
best examples are brake calipers failing under warranty and recalls (T&C) for fuel problems where they give the car back with the tank leaking! They want to charge going rate to repair what they broke??? Wild!
Like I said keeps the rest of us employed.

Chrysler was doing very well selling cars had lots of the new jap 08 caravan that drives poorly at best with the time they look for every way not to do repairs under warranty are also big part of cash in the crossfire caliber and good ideas now daimler has made alot of the new jap 08.
The new and reinstall transmission in the engineers and do alignment in hours if they pay to chrysler as tech for every way not to do warranty from us than japanese auto maker they are retarded.
