How do you program a keyless entry remote for a Chrysler?

I have a 95 Chrysler Cirrus. The control did work at one point & was deprogrammed after a new battery was installed. Does anyone know how to program it back? I dont want to take it to the dealership because they charge too much. And if it matters my remote ONLY has a “Lock” & “Unlock” button, nothing else. And it is an actual alarm that will go off if the door is opened without the key. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.
This is the factory keyless entry control/alarm.
