How do I get my hatch open from my key on my 2005 Chrysler Pacifica?

I bought a 2005 Chrysler Pacifica base model, and on my key it has the unlock, lock, and hatch button. The unlock and lock works, but I cant get my latch to open. Can anyone help me figure this out?

      The maual or call the button if that dosent work look in the button if that dosent work look in the dealer.

      If you bought the base model, then it does not have the automatic hatch open and close feature…it sounds like they gave you the wrong keyfob (was the keyfob a replacement?). To open the hatch, you just push the unlock button, and then manually open it (the button is just above the license plate).
