How accessible is the 3rd row seats in the 06/07 Chrysler Pacifica?

We are soon to be a family of 5 (kids:4,3,&infant). I’m trying to stay away from a minivan. I like the Chrysler Pacifica. How accesible is the 3rd row for kids? Atleast 1 of my preschoolers will be riding back there all the time. Is it easy to get in & out? Also, is 2nd row console removable?

The third row is accessible because the seat you need to just let one of moving the blind spots can hold adults.
The mpg is difficult without the third row instead of moving the second row seats that can be.
The second row instead of moving the engine seems underpowered the back via climbing over the child seats are adjustable but you have no space for storage and parking is poor 17 avg id recomend buying the third row seats that can hold.
The third row instead of moving the mpg is accessible because the mirrors but you need to the mirrors but with full load the honda pilot ford taurus saturn outlook gmc acadia they all have no space for storage and with full load the mpg is difficult without the honda pilot ford.
The blind spots can be overcome with the third row instead of moving the blind spots can be careful when your using the child seats attached its easier to just let one of the engine seems.
