Anybody ever put a 345ci AMC into a Chrysler that had a big block?

A 1968 Chrysler Newport with a 383 automatic. Motor needs love. I found a great deal on a 345 AMC with a four speed all done up. Are there any mount swaps or cross-member brackets that I can use so the motor will Bolt right in?
Any past experiences with this kind of application would be helpful. I am asking for specifics here
